The East Greenbush CSD will be closed on Monday, January 19 in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day. Additionally, Columbia High School has no classes starting Tuesday, January 20 through Friday, January 23 due to Regents and Midterm Exams. Only students taking exams should attend. All other schools in the district will be in session on those days.
Howard L. Goff Middle School is collecting new mittens, gloves, hats and scarves for children and adults in need with its 4th annual Mitten Tree. The Mitten Tree is on display in the front lobby of school and donations can be hung directly on the tree until December 17.
Donations will be sent to Street Soldiers Rensselaer.
