Construction has begun for the renovation of Howard L. Goff Middle School’s library.
Progress continues on the East Greenbush Central School District’s Capital Project “Building a Brighter Future.” During Winter Recess in February, contractors began installation of the new sewer and sanitary lines beneath Red Mill. This work was added to the capital project in December based on the failing condition of the school’s plumbing and its impact on school operations.
Additionally, construction in the Goff Middle School library has begun. That space will be completely renovated this year to provide an improved learning environment for our students. A temporary library space has been created in the school cafeteria so those services will continue.
