On Wednesday afternoon, students continued their lessons on the United States Constitution by reading about Article I.

Students learned about the House of Representatives and the Senate, their legislative powers, and the process for how a bill becomes a law. Afterward, they worked in groups at their tables to fill out a digital worksheet on their chromebooks. Throughout the activity, Mr. LaBarge walked around the classroom to assist students and answer questions.

At the conclusion of the class, students watched the Schoolhouse Rock! “I’m Just a Bill” video.
