Green Meadow Elementary School welcomed children’s book author Alicia Klepeis on Thursday for a series of presentations to students in the school gym. Ms. Klepeis shared how she became a writer, the steps she takes when writing a book, and how she collaborates with others, such as editors, artists, and content experts.
During her “Let’s Go There” presentation to 3rd and 5th graders, Ms. Klepeis showed pictures from her extensive world travels to places such as Australia, Africa, Asia, and South America.
