Red Mill Elementary School received a generous donation of school supplies from Chick-fil-A in North Greenbush on Monday which included pencils, pens, markers, folder, notebooks, and backpacks.

Chick-fil-A collected the items at their restaurant in North Greenbush during August as a school supply drive. Anyone who donated received a free chicken sandwich digital gift card.

All collected school supplies were delivered to the Red Mill PTO so they could distribute the items to students and classes.

“We are so grateful for the wonderful partnership between Chick-fil-A North Greenbush and our Red Mill PTO,” said Red Mill Principal James Derby. “Thanks to their hard work and the generosity of our community, we can provide extra supplies to students and classrooms where they’re needed most. It really demonstrates how much our community cares about setting our kids up for success.”
