Online Registration Parent Guide

Thank you for your interest in pre-registering your child with the district! Pre-registration is easy with our new Enrollment Express System.

First Step

The pre-registration form is the first step of the enrollment process. Please provide us with some information to get the process started by clicking this link:

Complete an Enrollment Express Pre-Registration form for each student that will be enrolling in the East Greenbush Central School District. The form must include a valid email address for the guardian/parent.

Next Step

School staff will review the Enrollment Express pre-registration form(s). You will receive an email when the request(s) have been processed within 2 business days. If not, please call the Registrar at 518-207-2523.

After You Receive an Email from Us

  2. If you have a parent account enter your Username and Password you created and click “Sign In.” (You should only have one account for all of your children).
    • If you have a parent account but do not remember your password, please send an email to for further assistance.
    • Need to add a Child to a Pre-existing account: If you have an account and need to add a child to your account, you will need their Access ID and Access Password. If you need assistance, please send an email to for further assistance.
    • Create an Account: If you do not already have an account and need assistance creating one, please send an email to for further assistance.
  3. Complete Registration Forms
    • Forms are tied to your child’s record and can be accessed from the “Forms” link in the left-navigation column. Please be sure to complete all of the forms made available to you. As you complete forms, the status bar for that category will change from red to green. This screen will show you the forms that will need to be completed/updated for your student.
