Board of Education Meeting – Wednesday, June 10

The next Board of Education meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, June 10 at 7:00 p.m. in the Genet Elementary School auditorium. The public may attend the meeting in person or watch the live stream.

Community Use of Track

Columbia track
The Columbia High School track will be open to community members based on availability during the school year and summer. Community members can park in the lot adjacent to the track and enter through the ticket booth gate.

Spring Track Schedule

  • Monday, June 8 – 5:00-8:00 p.m.
  • Tuesday, June 9 – 7:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. and 5:00-8:00 p.m.
  • Wednesday, June 10 – 7:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. and 5:00-8:00 p.m.
  • Thursday, June 11 – 5:00-8:00 p.m.
  • Wednesday, June 17 – 7:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m.
  • Thursday, June 18 – 7:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m.
  • Monday, June 22 – 7:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m.
  • Tuesday, June 23 – 7:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m.
  • Wednesday, June 24 – 7:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m.
  • Thursday, June 25 – 7:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m.

Summer Track Schedule

The track is open to the public daily from 6:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m. during the summer. Other days/times will be posted based on availability.

Expectations for Community Use of Track

  • No food, drink, gum or sunflower seeds on the track or turf surfaces
  • No pets should be on school grounds or on the track or turf surfaces
  • No bikes, skateboards, rollerblades, scooters, etc. on track surface
  • Please cleanup after yourself and use the provided trash receptacles throughout the facility
  • Public use should be for individual use only and does not include group or team activities. Such events must be reserved through the district by submitting a Facility Use Form.
