MTSS/Social Emotional Learning

The Social Emotional Learning Committee will monitor, evaluate and make recommendations on curriculum, programs, and practices that support all students’ social and emotional learning

Annual Objectives/Priority Areas

Each year the SEL committee will:

  • Monitor and evaluate the district’s social-emotional learning curriculum, programs and practices 
  • Identify focus areas for continuous improvement in the area of social-emotional learning
  • Help identify and discuss professional development needs related to SEL for all staff
  • Make recommendations to the Superintendent of Schools and Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum and Instruction around SEL programming, practices and curriculum
