Sex Offender Notification

New York State law requires sex offenders to register with the state and allows certain information about those individuals to be shared with the public. Sex offenders are classified at three different risk levels.

  • Level 1 – Low Risk to Community
  • Level 2 – Moderate Risk to Community
  • Level 3 – High Risk to Community

In accordance with the District’s Board Policy 5450.1 and the New York State Sex Offender Registration Act, East Greenbush CSD will inform parents and community members about a registered sex offender residing within the community when notified by law enforcement.
