The Physical Education Program at Howard L. Goff Middle School looks to promote fun physical fitness activities through social interaction as well as health and wellness for all students.
Our mission is to promote the maximum physical, emotional and social growth of every child in the East Greenbush Central School District. Our Physical Education curriculum empowers all students to sustain regular, life-long physical activities as a foundation for a healthy, productive and fulfilling life.
