Fitness Testing

Fitness Testing and the President’s Challenge takes place in the fall and the spring for all students. These tests includes the following components:

Fitness Testing

  • One Minute Sit-ups
  • Flex Arm Hang
  • Shuttle Run
  • Standing Long Jump
  • 1-1/2 Mile Run
  • 50 Yard Dash

President’s Challenge

  • Curl Ups
  • Shuttle Run
  • V-Sit or Sit & Reach
  • One Mile Run or Distance Options ( 1/2 mile or 1/4 mile)
  • Pull Ups or Right Angle Push-Ups
