Fitness Testing and the President’s Challenge takes place in the fall and the spring for all students. These tests includes the following components:
Fitness Testing
- One Minute Sit-ups
- Flex Arm Hang
- Shuttle Run
- Standing Long Jump
- 1-1/2 Mile Run
- 50 Yard Dash
President’s Challenge
- Curl Ups
- Shuttle Run
- V-Sit or Sit & Reach
- One Mile Run or Distance Options ( 1/2 mile or 1/4 mile)
- Pull Ups or Right Angle Push-Ups
