New York State Education Law Section 409-H, and State Education Department Commissioner’s Regulation 155.24, requires all public and non-public elementary and secondary schools to maintain a list of persons in parental relation, faculty, and staff that wish to receive written notifications 48-hours prior to certain pesticide applications.
East Greenbush Central School District provides the application to receive such notifications on the district website. This application is required to be completed annually to continue receiving notifications.
