Genet Donates $313 to Make-a-Wish

Genet presents check to Make-a-Wish

Genet Student Council donated $313 to Make-a-Wish Northeast New York at morning program on Friday to help the charity grant wishes to critically ill children.

A check was presented to Make-a-Wish Annual Fund Manager Kirsten Broschinsky and Make-a-Wish Board of Trustee James Giordano, who is also on the East Greenbush Central School District Board of Education.

“I’m so impressed. This is a lot of money,” Ms. Broschinsky told the students. “You guys are basically the genie from Aladdin because you’re making wishes come true.”
