Food for Families Program

The East Greenbush CSD operates a Food for Families Program that provides FREE FOOD to families in need. Boxes of food are packed regularly with a variety of grocery items and then distributed in a confidential process. If your family is in need of some extra support with food, please reach out to Audra Di Bacco at 518-207-2028 or dibaccau@egcsd.org. We also accept food donations to help supply this program. School Cafeterias Affected by Chain Supply Issues

Schools across the country continue to be affected by the COVID-19 pandemic in a variety of ways. The most recent effect has been changes to school meals caused by supply chain issues in the food service industry. The Food Service Department will do its best to notify families and students ahead of time if a menu item is changed. And parents can be sure that their children will continue to receive healthy breakfast and lunch daily despite these national chain supply issues.
