Bell Top Elementary School is now accepting nominations for the Bell Ringers Wall of Fame. This honor is bestowed upon former Bell Top students who have attained significant accomplishments in the areas of Academics, the Arts, Citizenship, or Athletics.
Bell Top Field Day Schedule
Bell Top’s annual Field Day is scheduled for Tuesday, May 19 at the field behind school. All parents and friends are welcome to attend this fun event. You do NOT need to sign in; please go directly to the outside field.
Bell Top Book Club Vocabulary Parade Celebrates ‘Growing Home’
Bell Top students dressed in costume representing a word and definition during their annual Vocabulary Parade on Friday afternoon. The parade celebrated the completion of the Bell Top Book Club’s reading of “Growing Home” by Beth Ferry. Some of the words included “bloom,” “sunlight,” “protect,” “rainfall,” and “kindness.”
Kathryn Biel Honored at NYS Senate Women of Distinction Awards
East Greenbush Central School District Physical Therapist Kathryn Biel, DPT, was recognized by the New York State Senate as a Woman of Distinction at a ceremony on Tuesday. Congratulations!
District-wide Art Show – May 14
Columbia High School will host the annual District-wide Art Show on Thursday, May 14 from 5:30-7:30 p.m. This family friendly event is free and it will feature student artwork from all seven schools.
‘A Night at the Bell Top Education Museum’ Showcases Student Learning
Bell Top Elementary School was transformed into A Night at the Bell Top Education Museum on Thursday evening with the cafeteria, gymnasium and classrooms featuring exhibits of student work. Family members marveled at the hard work and creativity on display across all grade levels and programs.
