Capital Project

The East Greenbush CSD has proposed a $116 million capital project that, if approved by voters, would improve facilities and grounds at all seven schools at no additional cost to the local taxpayer. The proposed capital project will be a proposition on the School Budget Vote and Board Election ballot scheduled for Tuesday, May 21, 2024.

Fully Vaccinated Individuals Excluded from Quarantine Indefinitely

Fully vaccinated individuals are excluded from quarantine requirements indefinitely, according to updated New York State Department of Health guidance. Effective immediately, if a fully vaccinated individual is identified as a contact to a positive case of COVID-19, the vaccinated individual will not need to quarantine.

Previously, vaccinated individuals were only exempt from quarantine for 90 days once fully vaccinated.

Please note, fully vaccinated individuals exposed to COVID-19 who are experiencing symptoms consistent with COVID-19 must isolate themselves and should be clinically evaluated for COVID-19 and tested for COVID-19 if indicated.

All students and staff should continue to follow our COVID-19 safety protocols, including wearing a mask, social distancing, avoiding crowds, covering coughs and sneezes, washing hands often, and staying home when ill.
