Nearly 90 students displayed research projects at the Genet STEM Fair on Tuesday evening in the school gym. The projects covered fascinating subjects such as gravity, magnetic fields and tornadoes, as well as some tastier topics like “How to Bake the Perfect Cookie.”

Students presented their research on poster boards and even led demonstrations for parents and teachers during the event.

“I am in awe of the tremendous work that our Genet scientists did in creating and testing hypotheses,” said Principal Wayne Grignon. “We had 84 students participate in creating 64 projects and I could not be prouder of their hard work. A thank you to all the parents for their continued support of Genet as well as a special thank you to Mrs. Davis and Mrs. Edick for co-chairing and organizing the event for our school community.”
