Dear Parents and Guardians,
Happy New Year, Genet families! It’s that time of the year when we begin preparing for the registration of our Fall 2019 Kindergarten students. To be eligible for Kindergarten in September 2019, your child must turn five years old by December 1, 2019.
Kindergarten Registration packets will be mailed out later this month to all families that we are aware of who have a potential K student. If your child is not currently in the district’s database, please contact the Registrar’s office, Jeanne Pangburn at 518-207-2062 to add your child’s name to the list of eligible K students.
The East Greenbush elementary schools will be registering students for Kindergarten during the month of February. It will be important for your child to be on the K list so that your receive a Registration packet. This packet contains official registration forms and information on documents you will need to bring with you to Registration. Registration for Kindergarten at Genet will take place on Tuesday, February 12, 2019 at 9:30-11:00 AM and from 6:00-8:00 PM.
