The Columbia Science Olympiad team won three medals out of 15 events at the New York State Championships.
- 3rd place in Dynamic Planet – Buffy Kromer and Teddy Howard
- 4th place in Machines – Simon O’Connor and Ashish Roddam
- 7th place in Circuit Lab – Simon O’Connor and Ashish Roddam
There were 68 teams competing that had all placed at the top of their regions. Due to the pandemic, the tournament was held virtually and Columbia’s team competed from the high school.
