School Budget Vote and Board Election - May 21

The East Greenbush CSD has proposed a school budget for 2024-25 that maintains all programs and services with a 0.55% tax levy increase, which is within the NYS Property Tax Cap. Residents will also vote on a $116 million capital project that would improve school facilities and grounds across the district with no impact to local taxpayers, the replacement of eight school buses, which if approved by voters, will be fully paid for by the Bus Purchase Reserve Fund, and elect three individuals to the Board of Education.

The following message will be posted on ParentSquare for incoming seniors and their parents/guardians on August 2, 2023.

Dear Columbia Seniors and Parents/Guardians,

This is a friendly reminder to schedule your senior portrait, which can be done in one of two ways:

  1. Schedule an appointment at Upstate Images in Clifton Park this summer
  2. Schedule an appointment with Upstate Images at Columbia High School for October 4, October 5, January 8, January 9 and January 10 (students will be able to book appointments for these dates later this summer)

In order for seniors to have their senior portrait included in the yearbook, they MUST have their photo taken by Upstate Images.
