School Budget Vote and Board Election - May 21

The East Greenbush CSD has proposed a school budget for 2024-25 that maintains all programs and services with a 0.55% tax levy increase, which is within the NYS Property Tax Cap. Residents will also vote on a $116 million capital project that would improve school facilities and grounds across the district with no impact to local taxpayers, the replacement of eight school buses, which if approved by voters, will be fully paid for by the Bus Purchase Reserve Fund, and elect three individuals to the Board of Education.

Recovery Sports Grill Fundraiser to Benefit Class of 2026 – August 31

The Columbia Class of 2026 is hosting a Dine to Donate Fundraiser at Recovery Sports Grill in East Greenbush on Thursday, August 31 from 4:00-8:00 p.m. Use the coupon below (or the code “COLUMBIA26” when ordering online) and a portion of your bill will be donated back to the sophomore class.

For your convenience, there are 2 options:

Option 1:
Dine in at the restaurant on August 31 from 4-8 p.m. At the time of payment, you must present the attached coupon (hard copy or digital) and the Class of 2026 will receive 15% of your check’s value.

Option 2:
Order online anytime during restaurant hours (11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m.) on August 31.

(3) Your code will work all day long. Guests can also order by visiting Recovery Sports Grill’s website and clicking “Order Online.”
(4) Once you complete your order to check out you will see this screen:

(5) Guests should click this and enter the code provided in step (1).
(6) Guests will then see $.01 removed from their order. This is to confirm code was input and will be counted towards 15% back to the Class of 2026.
