Student Assistance Counselor Alyssa Evans provides health and wellness tips to help students during this extended school closing. Some tips include: have a regular sleep and wake schedule, keep a routine, shower and get dressed, get physical activity, stay socially connected while physically distant, avoid excessive media exposure, avoid boredom and wash your hands.

Mrs. Evans also shares resources for mental health and emotional support.
