The School Mental Health Resource Training Center is hosting a free webinar on Wednesday, March 24 at 7:00 p.m. for parents to learn strategies to support anxious children during the pandemic.
With frequently updated restrictions and guidelines, children’s needs are ever-changing and parenting challenges are common. In this workshop, parents will learn concrete skills for communicating with children, helping them manage strong emotions and supporting them in remote learning, while also learning self-care strategies.
