The East Greenbush CSD is looking for students and parents who are interested in participating in the creative problem-solving program Odyssey of the Mind. The East Greenbush Central School District is saddened to share the news that retired teacher Patricia Balcom died on Monday at the age of 80 following a motor vehicle accident. Mrs. Balcom taught in the district from 1967 to 2000, first at Bell Top Elementary School and then at Green Meadow Elementary School.

East Greenbush CSD elementary school hosted Veterans Day celebrations to honor the men and women who have severed or are currently serving in the United States of America military. Veterans related to students were invited to assemblies, parades, breakfast and other special events.
Columbia High School is hosting a Parents Night Out on Saturday, November 22 at the high school. Children in grades K-5 can be dropped off at the high school auditorium entrance from 5:00-9:00 p.m. for a night of games, arts and crafts, pizza and a movie while parents enjoy some time to themselves!
