Capital District Jets forward Joshua McKinney was named the News Channel 13 Athlete of the Week on Tuesday. Mr. McKinney had nine points (3 goals and 6 assists) in three games last week. He has 18 goals and 24 assists this season.
Mr. McKinney and the Jets (11-7, 7-6) return to action when they play Mohawks (3-13-2, 1-9-2) on Saturday at 7:30 p.m. at the Albany County Hockey Facility.
