All East Greenbush CSD schools will have a half day on Friday, April 26 due to professional development. Dismissal Times: Columbia (10:03 a.m.), Goff (10:40 a.m.), Pre-K at DPS/Genet/Green Meadow/Red Mill (10:45 a.m.), Genet (11:15 a.m.), Bell Top (11:30 a.m.), DPS (11:30 a.m.), Green Meadow (11:30 a.m.), Red Mill (11:30 a.m.).

2-Hour Delay – Wednesday, March 15

Wednesday, March 15 – 6:50 a.m.

After receiving an assessment from the towns on the road conditions, the East Greenbush CSD will open with a 2-hour delay on Wednesday, March 15. All schools have power. Please be patient as some side roads may be inaccessible and buses may need to take alternative roads. Thus some buses may be running late.

  • School buses will arrive at bus stops two hours after the normal time (some buses may be running a few minutes late)
  • Lunch will be served at all schools
  • Goff’s lunch menu has been changed to French Toast Sticks. The Columbia and Elementary School lunch menus remain unchanged.
  • There will be no AM BOCES for Columbia students
  • The DPS Kindergarten Registration scheduled for 9:30-11:00 a.m. has been moved to March 22 at the same time. The evening session will still take place tonight from 6:00-8:00 p.m.

The East Greenbush CSD will open with a 2-hour delay on Wednesday, March 15 due to the continuing snowstorm. The decision to open with the delay or close schools will be made by 7:00 a.m.

In the event schools need to be closed for the day, it would be a traditional snow day.

  • School buses will arrive at bus stops two hours after the normal time
  • Lunch will be served at all schools
  • There will be no AM BOCES for Columbia students
  • The DPS Kindergarten Registration scheduled for 9:30-11:00 a.m. has been moved to March 22 at the same time. The evening session will still take place tomorrow night should schools open with the delay.
