Capital Project

The East Greenbush CSD has proposed a $116 million capital project that, if approved by voters, would improve facilities and grounds at all seven schools at no additional cost to the local taxpayer. The proposed capital project will be a proposition on the School Budget Vote and Board Election ballot scheduled for Tuesday, May 21, 2024.

The East Greenbush Central School District released Episode 6 of its podcast Let’s Learn Together earlier today. In this episode, Superintendent Jeff Simons discusses attendance with Columbia Assistant Principal Patricia Farnan, Goff Counselor Sharon Dunn and Genet Social Worker Gianna DiGregorio. They talk about why it is so important for students to come to school every day and how our schools are working with families to help improve attendance.

Also, students share what books they are currently reading, our staff profile features School Bus Driver Kathy Schmidt, and the Goff Drama Club and its production of Peter Pan Jr. is highlighted during the Student Activity Spotlight.
