The calendar for the 2024-25 school year was approved by the Board of Education at its public meeting on Wednesday evening. This calendar includes the first and last days of school, holidays, parent conferences and professional development days.
Hard-copy calendars will be distributed to students and staff during the first week of school.
2024-25 Calendar Notes
- First day of school is Thursday, September 5
- Last day of school is Friday, June 27
- Asian Lunar New Year is a new state holiday therefore schools will be closed on Wednesday, January 29
- Professional Development Days are scheduled for Friday, October 25 (half day); Friday, November 1; Friday, February 7 (half day); and Friday, March 14
