Post-it Note Artwork Highlights MLK and Black History Month
Columbia High School students enrolled in Studio Art classes created a large art installation made of Post-it Notes in the main lobby that honors Martin Luther King Jr. and other inspiring black citizens. The artwork highlights approximately 400 individuals including Ella Fitzgerald, Ruby Bridges, Muhammed Ali, Rosa Parks and many more historical figures.

Equine-Themed Artwork Featured at “Win, Place, Show” Exhibit
Three Columbia High School students from Ms. Andrea Neiman’s Studio Art classes had their equine-themed pastel drawings on display at Win, Place, Show: The Student Art Show at the National Museum of Racing and Hall of Fame in Saratoga Springs.
Three Students Have Artwork Accepted to Questar III Art Show
Three Columbia High School students had artwork accepted to the 33rd annual Questar III Art Show on Wednesday evening. Amanda Craven, Sophia Xiao and Nova Vath each had their graphite drawings accepted to the juried art show and displayed as part of the exhibit. Congratulations to Ms. Craven who won first place!
