East Greenbush CSD elementary schools hosted Veterans Day celebrations this week to honor the men and women who have served in the United States of America military. Veterans related to students were invited to assemblies, parades and other special events.

The East Greenbush Central School District is launching a new student ID card system for school buses to track ridership and improve safety. The program is called Student Finder and it will start on Monday, November 13.

All district schools will dismiss 15 minutes early on Thursday, November 9 for a state-mandated Emergency Go Home Drill. All students will be dismissed to the location parents have indicated on the Student Verification Form in case of an emergency closing.

East Greenbush CSD elementary schools hosted their annual Halloween Parades on Tuesday afternoon with students and staff dressed in costumes. The parades, which were led by Columbia and Goff marching bands, featured dinosaurs, ghosts, football players, ninja turtles, princesses, superheroes and much more!
