Free meals are available to children and teens in need throughout Rensselaer County this summer. Each of the sites, which are listed on the Rensselaer County Department for Youth website, offer free meals to anyone 18 years old or under on a first come first serve basis.

Green Meadow Elementary School hosted Field Day for grades 1-5 on Monday and for kindergarten earlier today. Students competed in track and field events and participated in fun games such as potato sack races, water balloon toss and cup stacking.
