Off to Neverland with Peter Pan Jr.
Peter Pan, Tinker Bell and the Darling children are off to Neverland in the Goff Drama Club’s production of “Peter Pan Jr.” this weekend. Performances are scheduled for Friday, March 15 at 7 p.m. and Saturday, March 16 at 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. in the Columbia High School auditorium.
Bell Top Hosts Bus Drivers at Appreciation Breakfast
School bus drivers who serve Bell Top Elementary School were treated to a special breakfast following their morning runs on Friday. Once the students disembarked the buses and entered school, the drivers walked a red carpet into the faculty room where a breakfast buffet was laid out for them by the Bell Top teachers, staff and PTO.
Columbia Artwork Accepted to 25th Annual High School Regional Art Exhibition
Three Columbia High School students – Madison Wagoner ’24, Addison Brannock ’26 and Aeris Corrodore ’26 – had their artwork accepted to the highly competitive 25th annual High School Regional Art Exhibition at the Opalka Gallery at Russell Sage College in Albany. Congratulations!
Green Meadow Students Serve as ‘Principals of the Day’
Green Meadow Elementary School had some new and temporary leadership on Monday as two students served as Principals of the Day. Wearing business attire and staff ID badges, fifth grader Emily Gildart and her brother first grader Nicky Gildart attended meetings, supervised parent drop off and pick up, and visited classrooms throughout the day.
