Columbia Musicians Go Caroling at Train Station
Travelers at the Joseph L. Bruno Rail Station in Rensselaer were treated to a surprise concert on Friday morning as they waited for trains and said farewell to family and friends. The performance of Holiday Brass Caroling was provided by Columbia High School band students.

Driver Education Registration Opens for Spring 2024
Registration for the Spring 2024 Driver Education class at Columbia High School is now open. In order to register, students must submit a registration form (available in the Columbia Main Office), a copy of the student’s learner’s permit or driver’s license and the class fee of $490.00 by check or money order made out to “East Greenbush CSD.”

Caitlin Weinheimer ’24 Named WMHT-FM Classical Student Musician of the Month
Columbia High School’s Caitlin Weinheimer ’24 was named the Classical Student Musician of the Month for December by WMHT-FM. Weinheimer is a violinist in the Columbia Chamber Orchestra as well as concertmaster of the Empire State Youth Orchestra Symphony Orchestra. Congratulations!
