All district schools will dismiss 15 minutes early on Friday, November 3 for a state-mandated Emergency Go Home Drill. All students will be dismissed to the location parents have indicated on the Student Verification Form in case of an emergency closing.

At approximately 12:35 p.m. on Monday afternoon, a fire alarm at Howard L. Goff Middle School was activated. This required an evacuation and response from local fire and police departments. Once the building was cleared by firefighters, about 15 minutes later, all students and staff safely re-entered the building.
