Genet Coding Club Hosts Families
The Genet Coding Club completed its third and final session of the school year last week with a family day, as parents joined their children in the school library for a “Bowling with Ozobot” activity.
2023 Art Show – May 11
Columbia High School will host the annual District-wide Art Show on Thursday, May 11 from 5:30-7:30 p.m. This family friendly event is free and it will feature student artwork from all seven schools.
2023-24 School Budget Maintains Programs and Stays Well Below Tax Cap; Goes to Vote on May 16
The East Greenbush CSD has proposed a school budget for 2023-24 that maintains all programs and services with a 0.5% tax levy increase. The proposed budget, totaling $108,812,882, which was adopted by the Board of Education at Tuesday evening’s public meeting, would include staffing additions, technology upgrades, facility improvements and funding to continue the Pre-K Program. Residents will vote on the proposed school budget on Tuesday, May 16.
