Breakfast and Lunch Menus – May 2023
School cafeterias will be serving Macaroni and Cheese, Mozzarella Sticks, Pizza, Taco Salad, Sandwiches and more in the month of May!
2023 Art Show – May 11
Columbia High School will host the annual District-wide Art Show on Thursday, May 11 from 5:30-7:30 p.m. This family friendly event is free and it will feature student artwork from all seven schools.
2023-24 School Budget Maintains Programs and Stays Well Below Tax Cap; Goes to Vote on May 16
The East Greenbush CSD has proposed a school budget for 2023-24 that maintains all programs and services with a 0.5% tax levy increase. The proposed budget, totaling $108,812,882, which was adopted by the Board of Education at Tuesday evening’s public meeting, would include staffing additions, technology upgrades, facility improvements and funding to continue the Pre-K Program. Residents will vote on the proposed school budget on Tuesday, May 16.
East Greenbush CSD Recognizes 2022-23 Volunteers of the Year
The East Greenbush CSD recognized its 2022-23 Volunteers of the Year at the Board of Education meeting on Tuesday evening at Red Mill Elementary School. Congratulations!

For the second year in a row, the East Greenbush Central School District was voted “Best School District” in the Times Union Best of the Capital Region contest, which was announced in a special publication on Thursday. Congratulations!
